July 14th, 28th, and August 11th, Summer Practices from 4-6pm at FHS in the cafeteria

July 1, 2026, Summer Practice Clinic / July 4th Prep!

August 18, 2026, Mandatory Practice STARTS  every Tuesday & Thursday from 5-7pm, at FHS in the cafeteria. Starting October 1, 2026, practice cannot be missed or the athlete risks being pulled from the competition routine.

September 1, 2026, Black and Gold start individual Practices
