Below you will find all of the tryout material! You can use these videos to get a head start on learning or use it to review after the practice days! We will teach and review all of the material at the tryout practice days!

For tryouts you will need to learn the cheer and the dance. You will also need to demonstrate a toe touch and your best jump. You cannot do a toe touch twice. You will also need to demonstrate any tumbling skills that you have. For Gold Team tryouts, you must demonstrate a round off.
